Refund policy

LaMetric Global Shop

Customers can return their purchased products within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (of item value).

For non-US countries (except the EU and UK), LaMetric devices and product purchases on the Site(s) are not returnable.

Conditions for Return

  • Purchase was made directly from our website: https://lametric.com (LaMetric devices purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy)
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lametric.com with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization and detailed return instructions.

The parcel must then be transferred to the courier within 7 days of a return authorization. 

A return authorization is required. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender's address. 

Shipping fees paid when you placed an order are non-refundable, as is the cost of the optional shipping insurance if you chose to purchase it. 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return. We are not responsible for items not received or damaged in transit. 

Additional terms and conditions

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service.

For security purposes, we may require verification of your identity. This helps us to protect against fraudulent activities. 

Sale Items

All items purchased at 20% or greater discount than the original price are final sale.

Refunds

Upon receiving the return, the receiving and inspection process may take 7-14 business days from the date we receive the returned items. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to us with the following information:

  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number
