This policy covers all addresses within the United States and the rest of the world (except the EU and UK).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If you can't see the shipping option at the checkout, please contact our support team via email at support@lametric.com
The shipping cost to non-US countries doesn’t include any customs duties, taxes, fees or any other country-specific charges. We are not responsible for any fees (duties, taxes, storage and processing fees during clearance) required by customs for any reason
Address change
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is en route.
Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the designated carrier, our responsibility for the items ends. The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection against loss or damage during shipping (available at the checkout). For insured order please resolve shipping problems following the instructions provided on the link: https://go.shipinsure.net/claims (Claims must be filed within 14 days from the date the package was marked as delivered).
Additional Information:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- When shipping to forwarding companies, there is an increased risk of non-delivery or lost packages, as the final delivery is managed by a third party. We also normally do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), distribution centers, airports or hotels. We will not be liable for any issues related to non-delivery or loss once the order is dispatched.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management, as well as any secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.
Failed Delivery
If the package is returned back to us due to failed/rejected delivery, a restocking fee of 5% of item value will be deducted. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Re-sending orders will incur additional charges (shipping cost fee).
Cancellations
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. After the order being cancelled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
